The problem

Diagnostic labs cannot stop work when the connection drops, yet most software assumes a constant internet link and stalls without one.
Re-typing analyzer readings by hand is slow and a source of reporting errors that matter in a clinical setting.
NABL-compliant reporting demands consistent formats, validation steps, and an audit trail that ad-hoc spreadsheets do not provide.
Multi-branch labs struggle to keep patient, billing, and report data consistent across locations.
Front-desk billing has to be fast at a busy counter, including UPI, packages, and barcodes.

Our approach

Designed the system offline-first from the ground up, so the local database is the source of truth and the cloud is a sync target rather than a dependency.
Mapped the real lab workflow — registration, sample, analyzer result, validation, report, billing — and built the software around that order of work.
Integrated directly with analyzers and the LIS layer so results flow in without manual transcription.
Built a report designer that holds to NABL-compliant structure while staying flexible per test and per lab.
Treated multi-branch sync as a first-class concern, with automatic backup so no branch loses data.
