Do you already have a lab product, or is this built from scratch each time?

We have a live product, SamLab, an offline-first laboratory information system for pathology and diagnostic labs. It is in daily use. For labs with workflows that fall outside it, we build the additions or the custom system around the same understanding.

Can the software keep working when the internet goes down?

Yes. SamLab is offline-first by design. Registration, billing, and reporting run locally and sync to the cloud automatically once the connection is back, so the front desk and the bench never stop.

Will reports meet NABL requirements?

The report designer is built for NABL-compliant output, with reference ranges, validation, and a clear audit trail from sample to sign-off. Final accreditation depends on the lab's own processes, which the software is designed to support rather than replace.

Do you integrate with our existing analyzers?

Analyzer and LIS integration is a core part of SamLab, with internal quality control, so results flow in without manual transcription. We assess specific instruments as part of scoping the work.

We run several branches. Can they share one system?
